October 30, 2012 New Members Celebration and meet-and-greet, following the Members' Day Lecture delivered, this year, by Tania Shamy and titled "Porcelain and Diplomacy: The Dessert Service of Catherine the Great". December 2012 Decoration of the Women's Art Society's Christmas Tree at MMFA. All members are encouraged to participate by submitting one or two handmade ornaments, between Oct. 5 and Nov. 30th. Theme to be announced shortly. Ornaments may be prepared in any medium up to 5 inches in size. Sign your name on the back and make a hole near the top so we may attach hooks.

TBA 2013 Deadline for submission to be received for the Annual Art Show. Any artists wishing to participate in the Women's Art Society's show must pay full membership dues before October 9, 2012.
April 4, 2013 Vernissage of the Women's Art Society of Montreal's Annual Art Show at Ogilvy's Tudor Hall, 1307 Ste. Catherine St. W, 6 p.m. Monique Polak, Author, Professor, English and Humanities, Marianopolis College is the Guest of Honor. A portion of proceeds will go to support students in the Creative Writing at Marianopolis College.
